At QOption Essence, we work to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or carrier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The final shipping cost may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. QOption Essence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

QOption Essence is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, building management, front desk, or local carrier office.

QOption Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products, including aroma oils, fragrance oils, essential oils, or other liquid products, may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on carrier rules, destination, or applicable regulations.

If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you or the restriction will appear during checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations if shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

QOption Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier procedures.
