Return & Refund Policy

At QOption Essence, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition you received it
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- With all tags, seals, and protective packaging intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality reasons, aroma oils, fragrance oils, essential oils, and similar sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or broken, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or used aroma oils, fragrance oils, essential oils, or personal care products
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Clearance items

Regular promotional discounts do not make a product final sale unless clearly stated on the product page.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
